What is a court-ordered evaluation?
Getting support from trained psychologists is an important step in understanding your child's mental health.  Although many psychological evaluations are optional, this is not always the case.  Court-ordered psychological evaluations are mandatory evaluations ordered by a judge or other legal entity as part of certain legal proceedings.  At the Midwest Psychological Services LLC, these evaluations are overseen in a controlled setting by Dr. Debra  Zand, clinical psychologist licensed in Missouri.  The results help inform the jury and judge’s decisions at the end of a legal proceeding.
