As a small local business, we are able to provide more personalized services to your child and family. Assessments and therapies are conducted by doctoral level psychologists. Our parenting services are provided by trained practitioners. Fees are based on the amount and type of services conducted, and are specified verbally and in writing before any services are provided. Verbal and signed informed consent is always required before services are initiated.
Payment for your first appointment and subsequent therapy and/or parenting services is due at the time of the appointment.For assessments, half of the total amount is due at the time psychological testing begins. The remaining half is due at the time of the feedback session. Accepted Forms of Payment Include: American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, HSA, Debit Cards. Those with out-of-network' benefits may be able to be reimbursed for payments for our psychological services. We will be happy to provide superbills which include diagnostic and procedure codes necessary for such reimbursement to you.
