During your first appointment at the Midwest Psychological Services, Dr.  Zand will do an intake with you. An intake is an opportunity for you to discuss your initial needs, concerns, and expectations with Dr. Zand.  Prior to your appointment, you will be provided a link to forms  to  complete, which Dr. Zand will discuss with you during your intake appointment.  An intake  costs $300.  All intakes include the following components:

• Clinical interview

• Mental status examination

• Initial conceptualization and recommendations​
