An intake is an opportunity for you to discuss your initial needs, concerns, and expectations with Dr. Zand.  Prior to your appointment, you will be provided a link to forms  to  complete, which Dr. Zand will discuss with you during your intake appointment.  An intake  costs $300.  All intakes include the following components:

• Clinical interview

• Mental status examination

• Initial conceptualization and recommendations.​
